Be You. Do You. For You.

Message is pretty straight forward.  Do what's best for yourself and no one else. Put yourself first, make YOU a priority.  I know that sounds selfish, self absorbed, self-centered and to be honest before yoga, that's what my mindset would be.  Putting myself before others is something that wasn't taught to me growing up, that it's not right.  No one would dare.  But lately, I realized that it's ok to live your life the way you want, the way that will make you happy. It's your life therefore, you have every right to make every decision as to how you want to lead it. Yoga has taught me a lot about self-love and that's most evident when I practice, wherever that may be - at home, at a studio, outdoors ... When I'm on my mat, is the time I feel most care, affection and love for myself.  Because I'm doing what I love, and I'm doing it for no one else but me.  I'm happy.

I invite you for the next hour to make this time just for you. Remove those lingering thoughts from the past or any worries or anxiety about the future.  Make you the center of your mind
for this entire hour.  Stop worrying about what others think about the things you love to do. Do what you love - no fear, no judgement, no regret.
